In support of efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Lancaster House and our partners at the University of Toronto have worked closely to move the Professional Learning Program online. Our virtual program will meet the same high standards to which all Lancaster House events are held.
With Program Leaders Emile Tompa and Prof. Dionne Pohler
Key objectives include:
- See the Lancaster House website for the full program agenda and for registration information, including an early bird rate available until September 25th. Be prepared to meet emerging legal obligations regarding worker mental health
- Promote a workplace culture that is supportive of worker psychological health and safety
- Help workers with psychological health problems stay at work and remain productive
- Ensure managers and supervisors have the knowledge and skills to address worker health needs
- Create a roadmap for implementing the National Standard of Canada for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace
