In support of efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Lancaster House and our partners at the University of Toronto have worked closely to move the Professional Learning Program online. Our virtual program will meet the same high standards to which all Lancaster House events are held
With Program Leaders Dr. Mike Condra and Prof. Dionne Pohler
Key objectives include:
- Understand the medical/ psychological concepts of mental health and mental illness
- Approach employees about their mental health in a helpful, non‑threatening way
- Help employees in crisis
- Develop effective, legally compliant accommodation and return-to-work plans
- Effectively request medical/ psychological information needed for accommodation
