The use of AI to take on HR tasks such as hiring, training, and retention is an area generating a lot of excitement as well as concern. This presentation will share lessons and insights gained from leading a two-year multi-stakeholder project for the World Economic Forum to develop practical guidance for HR professionals on the responsible use of AI-based HR tools.
