Requesting a Transcript
You can either order a transcript via ACORN or the University of Toronto Parchment Storefront. More detailed transcript request information can be found on the University Registrar's Office website.

Certification of Degree
The Office of Convocation can provide a Certification of Degree which is a document printed on Office of Convocation letterhead stating your name, degree, and date of graduation. It is then signed and sealed by a University official. For details, please visit the Office of Convocation website.
